Year 2010

Its the end of Year 2009.. so sad to leave the year that was.. yet so happy to find out whats in store for me for year 2010.. i sense that 2010 will be a very good year for me. for a start, my band Nanokinetics will be playing for the New Year gig @ Rusha Studio in Kota Damansara. This will be our first gig for the year 2010. Nanokinetics hasnt got any gigs for the past 2 months now. so, playing for the New Year gig is gonna be awesome.. This also means im celebrating my new year with my Nano Brothers and i couldnt ask for more. Last year, Nanokinetics celebrated the new year @ Solaris, Hartamas.. it was very fun. So, i wish all of u a very Happy New Year 2010! May year 2010 brings happiness and prosperous to you and your loved ones..

Rock The World 9

So before i went to met up with Pulut Iskandar, i bought him 2 packets of durian which we thought of eating it at the concert. On the way to Bukit Jalil (the venue) it started to rain. Pulut & Bob managed to have few pieces of that magnificient king of fruit. 4 stages, many local talents include BlindTribe,Skudap Skudip,Saturnine,Pop Shuvit,Republic of Brickfield,Stonebay.It was BlindTribe on stage then it starts pouring.. when in rains,it pours.. we stuck at the tent.. nice & comfort.minutes later,my sister and Ferooze text me to meet them at the entrance. Me & Pulut went to the entrance to met them.note that it was still pouring and we have to stepped on the puddles to get to the entrance.. we were wet like a wet towel..Cut the story short. we managed to met up with them and enjoy the rest of the performance. but around 5pm, it started to rain..(AGAIN) and we're caught in rain..(AGAIN). God knows how we have to put up with our wet socks and shoes.. and we were freezing and hungry,all at the same time.. the place started to get crowded as the bigger name in the industry are performing. It is end of December 2009.. a year has past. i remember last december(2008) where Nanokinetics performed at Solaris,Hartamas for the New Year's Eve Celebration..after the gig,we thought of having some ice cream at Baskin Robin.Not knowing it was further than we thought...we walked down to the nearest Baskin Robin which so happend to be about 3km from Solaris.it took us almost 30mins..we started around 11.30pm at 31st December 2008 and reached Baskin Robin at 0000hrs 1st January 2009.. in a way, we celebrated our new year by waking to the ice cream shop. For this year's New Year celebration,i have yet to have plans.but im sure and i know that the year 2010 will be a good year for me,for my Nano Brothers..it has been almost 2 years since i've been with the band..i wish and hope for many years more with Nanokinetics..2 years of fun, laughter, drama and togetherness.

Old Chang Kee

While i was in S'pore, a friend of mine keep on mention about this mouth watering currypuffs. He said that we should try it at least once in our lifetime..So,we decided to find the place while shopping.Sadly,we couldnt find the place until we're on the way home. We stopped at 7E and asked for the direction.. He however managed to locate the place but we ran out of time and need to go home. he ended up talking about Old Chang Kee until we reached the border. I promised him that next time (if there's next time) we'll stop at Old Chang Kee.. Now..talkingi about food makes me feel hungry.. fooooooodddd.... Holiday!!

What would you do if you have 5 days of holidays? tomorrow is my last day of work for year 2009. Yippieee!!! i have less than 24hrs to NOT worry about my work!! Now..what would i do for my holidays?? hmm.. obviously i would wake up late..and laze around at home..perhaps i would learn how to cook (or not) or catch up on my reading. my car need some fixing as well,the air conditioning has been working properly lately.all i know that this week will be a very happy week for me.. i cant wait for Jasmine to come.its been a year.. and hoping to meet David as well..they're awesome.Love yousss..Happy Holidays peeps!!

Weekender

Weekend at Johor Baru was awesome.. went there met a few friends and hang out.. We hangout at this place -the Roost.Although the place is quite small but the Djs were awesome..Dj Loong played one of my fav song.. love it!! The next day we went to Singapore (thank you Iskandar!!) Although the traffic at the border was terrible, we had awesome time laughing and chatting in the car.. Once reached S'pore,noticed that we dont have much time due to certain plans awaiting. thanks to our poor sense of direction, we only spend a few hours in Singapore.Did a very snappy shopping trip ever!!.Not to mention we have to drive very cautiously and trying hard not to get any summon tickets in S'pore..Bought some Cds at THAT CD SHOP for my listening pleasure.i love that shop..they have various genre and imported CDs from all over the world.the last time i went there, i spent hours in the shop. Despite the rain,the massive traffic at the border and we didnt have lunch,we enjoy our trip to S'pore.
